hair s.o.s

Ok, so this will be a pictureless post as i just want to talk about my hair (how vain does that sound?!) but its at shoulder length and it has been at that length for about a year now. Now i get regular trimes, and i deeply condion my hair alot. I dont use alot of products, and only use my hairdryer/straightners 2-3 times a week max.

I was just wondering whether there is anything i can do, i use clip in extensions because although i like my short hair i feel more girly with longer hair. So is there any truth or good reviews i should read about vitamins that will help? I would also love to hear from anyone who gave up heat did that work for you?

Do any of you guys have any suggestions? Product rec's too?

Miranda Kerr is my hair idol , this is how i would like my hair length and cut .

p.s i have a hair extensions review for you i was kindly sent some AMAZING extensions :)

I can totally recommend vitamins (pre-natal ones are very good apparently), healthy eating (ugh!) and laying off the heat totally for a month or so. Other than that I think your hair either grows fast or it doesn't :(

Also, that is not her real hair.. her actual hair is just below her shoulders and she dyed it quite blonde recently. Still she is so gorgeous and her hair always looks lovely no matter what she does with it.. it just seems so unrealistic for the rest of us haha

Good luck in your quest for perfect hair xx

Look for shampoo's with B vitamins in, they're good for hair growth. I have been trying to get my hair to grow for a while and I've massively cut down on using heat on my hair which I think has made quite a big difference! good luck! love the blog and your vids :-) xx

I only wash my hair about 2 times a week and I use batiste to get me through! Thats how I cut down my heat styling use. Probably not very helpful as I'm sure you've heard of batiste, but dry shampoo really is a godsend for me to avoid damaging my hair! xox
