light light ash blonde with low lights

ive just been looking up ash blonde hair colors and i came across your pretty picture. can i ask if that was a box color or you had it done at the hairdressers cus thats the exact color i want my hair(light brown ash, its really pretty) :) if its a box can i ask which make and number. i realise you posted these pictures a long time ago.
